Yes. The calculators and local crew records are free. Public pages may show advertising; saved crew records are always ad-free.
Yes. Each worker can have a usual hourly or daily rate. A work entry keeps its own rate. Day portions follow your agreement; a full day is not automatically treated as eight hours.
No. Crew Tally calculates entered base earnings and records payments you make elsewhere. It does not transfer money, calculate taxes or certify pay-rule compliance. The weekly calculator offers a simple overtime estimate; the saved crew workspace does not automatically calculate overtime.
Saved crew records stay in this browser on this device. Download backups regularly. You can restore a backup on another device, but automatic cloud backup and cross-device syncing are not included. Public calculator entries are not saved.
